TGEAPCET -2025
Instructions to the Students/ Parents during B.Tech 1st Year Admissions
1. The admission will not be confirmed unless the student completes the self-reporting process on the counselling portal before the due date and prints both the Joining Report and the Allotment Order.
2. The admission will be automatically cancelled if the student does not report to the college with the required documents on or before the date mentioned in the Allotment Order, even if the fee has been paid and the Joining Report has been generated.
3. The student must follow all the instructions given by the TGEAPCET Convener in the Allotment Order. Even if there is no change in the college in the second/final phase allotment, the student must download the updated Allotment Order after each phase and comply with the instructions mentioned therein.
4. The student and parent must report to the college and submit all original certificates after the second phase allotment, i.e., between 30/07/2025 and 02/08/2025, or on the last date mentioned in the second phase Allotment Order. Otherwise, the seat will be automatically cancelled. The list of certificates to be submitted is attached. Please ensure that all original documents are scanned using a scanning machine (not a mobile phone) and keep the soft copies with you. (The best practice is to email the documents to yourself, your parents, and siblings.)
5. The presence of both the student and the parent is mandatory while reporting to the college. The parent’s mobile number is also mandatory. If there is any change in the mobile number, the parent must inform the class coordinator.
6. Please keep checking the college website www.mrem.ac.in for all the updates

VERY IMPORTANT:
➢ Keep original soft copies of the Allotment Order, Joining Report, TGEAPCET Hall Ticket, and TGEAPCET Rank Card in your email for future reference. This is very important because you may not be able to download them from the TGEAPCET website after the admission process is completed.
➢ Keep scanned soft copies of your SSC memo, Intermediate memo, Transfer Certificate (TC), all Bonafide Certificates, and RoC form in your email for future reference. Use a scanning machine instead of a mobile phone. If a scanning machine is not available, use apps like Microsoft Lens to scan documents accurately.
