To expose the students to the corporate work culture by organizing workshops, professional seminars, guest lectures and industrial training by experienced professionals from industry.
To enhance employability skills of students by equipping them with an array of skills like Group discussion, Personal & Technical interview skills and soft skills to meet the requirements of Multi National Organizations.
To give training and guidance to students on career related matters and assist them in exploring new opportunities.
To invite companies/organizations for campus interviews and provide them necessary facilities for conducting written test, Group discussion, Technical and HR interview etc. To arrange industrial visit and training for final year and pre-final year students.
To organize various types and levels of training programs like mock interviews, Group discussions, experience sharing by eminent personalities, business communication skills and conduct model tests for various types of aptitude test.
The proposed basic training consists of the following modules and for a maximum of 30 hours duration.

Organizing Certification courses such as PYTON,BIG DATA, etc.
Certification course on Robotics
Certification course on Auto CAD
At MREM we believe employability is more than a skill.It is an attitude, it is a practice. So, we instill this attitude through continuous training in learning skills, behavioral skills, life skills in addition to aptitude and communication skills.And this training starts in the first year of engineering itself. Specific Campus Recruitment Training programs are conducted in the third year, with an emphasis on problem solving, critical thinking, communication skills and team work. The Placement Centre provides a seven day training programme in soft skills (like Personality Development, CV Writing, Communication Skills, Aptitude tests, Interview Technique etc.) to all students during their pre-final year. The students are given a choice of opting for two job opportunities (choice being one core & one IT Company during the recruitments). Guest lectures and special invitee lecture series organized for all the branches of students from industry experts through the Placement Centre.
College has an exclusive Placement and Training Centre to facilitate on-campus Placement opportunities to the students. The Centre has a professor in-charge of the activities. The Centre provides pre-placement training in soft skills to all pre-final year students to enable them to acquaint to the current corporate requirements. The centre facilitates students to face interviews & get jobs of their choice. More than 100 top and well established companies across the country/abroad from all sectors visit the campus for recruitment. Every year more than 80% of students from all the programs are being placed.
